Requirements and Deadlines
Admission to our colleges follows the rules of the relevant authority, including DTE Madhya Pradesh counselling for technical courses, council rules for health courses, university rules for degree courses and NCTE norms for B.Ed. Admissions Requirements
1. Academic Qualifications
- Diploma (Engineering): Class 10 pass. Lateral entry to the second year for ITI and Class 12 pass students.
- B.Tech: Class 12 with Physics and Mathematics and a subject allowed by AICTE, with minimum marks as per AICTE and DTE norms
- D.Pharm and B.Pharm: Class 12 with PCM or PCB.
- Paramedical and Nursing: Class 12 (Science)
- B.A. and B.Sc.: Class 12. M.A., M.S.W., M.Sc. and PGDCA: relevant bachelor’s degree. B.Ed.: bachelor’s degree as per NCTE norms.
3. Counselling and Merit
- Admission to B.Tech and other technical courses is through DTE Madhya Pradesh counselling, as per current rules
- Admission to other courses is on merit, as per university and council rules.
- Selected students report to the college with original documents.
5. Course-Specific Requirements
- Lateral entry: ITI, Class 12 or relevant diploma, as per the programme.
- Pharmacy: PCM or PCB at Class 12.
- Health courses: eligibility and registration as per the respective Council.
- B.Ed.: eligibility and entry as per NCTE and university norms.
7. Reservation and Special Categories
- Reservation of seats as per the rules of the Government of Madhya Pradesh and the Government of India (SC, ST, OBC, EWS and other categories).
- Students with disability or from special categories may contact our admission team for guidance.
2. Required Documents
- Completed application form
- Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets (ITI or diploma mark sheet for lateral entry)
- Transfer certificate
- Aadhaar card or other ID proof
- Recent passport-size photographs
- Category, income and domicile certificates, if applicable
- JEE Main score card, if applicable (B.Tech)
4. Entrance Exam / Interview
- B.Tech counselling is based on JEE Main rank, and vacant seats are filled through College Level Counselling as per DTE rules
- Other courses may use merit lists or a short counselling session with our admission team.
Fee and Scholarship Requirements
- Payment of the application fee and the prescribed course fee.
- Scholarship documents for eligible students: category certificate, income certificate and bank passbook details.
